CORsPOOL is operated by Adhil PP, a sole proprietor based in India. Adhil PP is the data controller for the personal data collected through this platform.

We collect: account details (name, email, login credentials), learning data (course enrollments, lesson progress, project submissions, live session bookings), support messages, and technical data (device identifiers, IP address, usage and telemetry).

We use this data to create and manage your account, provide courses and live sessions, keep the platform secure and prevent fraud, improve our products, and provide customer support. Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving the service, your consent where required, and legal obligations.

We share data with: service providers that help us run the platform (hosting, analytics, support tooling); Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of products, payments, tax compliance and invoicing; professional advisers (legal, accounting); and authorities where required by law.
