Terms of use

CORsPOOL is an engineering skill development platform operated by Adhil PP, a sole proprietor based in India ("CORsPOOL", "we", "us"). By accessing or using CORsPOOL, you agree to these Terms of Use and enter into a contract with Adhil PP.

You must not misuse the service. This includes unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property rights, and interfering with the security or operation of the platform (including malware, probing, or scraping). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

CORsPOOL and Adhil PP retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including course content, software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the courses you have purchased for your personal learning. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service.

We work hard to keep CORsPOOL reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Course content, live session schedules and features may change over time.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your right to use purchased courses stops; you may contact us within 30 days to request an export of your learning records.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where required by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of the seller's jurisdiction in India.
