Refund policy
How refund requests are reviewed for eligible CORsPOOL purchases.

Who we are
CORsPOOL is operated by Adhil PP, a sole proprietor based in India. This policy applies to all purchases made on CORsPOOL.
14-day refund window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your payment date. After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, open Orders in your student dashboard and choose Request refund, or visit paddle.net or contact our support team through the Contact page and we will help you.
After a refund
Once a refund is completed, access to the refunded course is removed. Refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.
